CU Mortgage Information Center (CUMIC) is a national not-for profit to
provide comprehensive housing counseling, training, advocacy, technical
assistance and housing opportunities for low and moderate-income homebuyers,
homeowners, and tenants. CUMIC helps consumers obtain a clear perspective of
personal financial situations through the use of education and counseling. We
help our clients identify and resolve their financial concerns by working
closely with them through services offered in person, via phone and through the
internet.
Our goal is to create relationships among counselors, organizations and
individuals that can share information and ideas about fair and affordable
housing opportunities. CUMIC aids in the organization of educational seminars
and offers partners beneficial information and resources. We strive to help our
partners gain a better understanding of our Nation’s diverse housing system and
its impact on issues that directly impact urban/minority areas of our
community.
